We currently offer delivery within North Carolina and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is based on distance from our store locations.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and item size. Final delivery cost will be confirmed before scheduling.

Scheduling

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery.

Delivery Process

Our team will deliver your furniture to your home and place it in the room of your choice. Basic assembly is included unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure:

• The delivery path is clear and accessible.

• Doorways, stairwells, and elevators can accommodate the item dimensions.

We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to space constraints.

Inspection

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported before the delivery team leaves.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is present at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may apply.

Pickup Option

Free in-store pickup is available at our showroom locations.
