All sales are final. CLT Furniture Bro’s has a strict no-return policy unless otherwise discussed. At the time of delivery, if there are any defects or damages on new furniture please communicate with the delivery team while they're there. Under all circumstances, this is the only opportunity to conduct a return. All time-of-delivery returns are subject to a $50 labor and delivery fee. After the delivery team departs from the premises, all sales are final.
