Refund policy

At CLT Furniture Bros, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances except for cases involving defective or damaged items.

Customers are required to inspect all furniture at the time of delivery. If there are any damages or defects, they must be reported to the delivery team immediately. In the event of confirmed damage, we will provide a replacement part or solution to resolve the issue. No replacements will be issued after the furniture has been accepted without any reported issues. Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Delivery & Assembly fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline any claims for replacement if the item has been misused, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
